London Dispersion Force:
London dispersion forces are present because there is an uneven distribution of electrons which creates a weak attraction between the molecules.
Dipole Dipole:
Dipole dipole is present because there is an electrostatic attraction between the negative end of one molecule and the positive end of another molecule. In ethylene oxide's case, the negative oxygen atom can bond with any of the four positively charged hydrogen atoms.
Hydrogen Bonding:
Hydrogen bonding is also present in ethylene oxide because there is a temporally covalent bond formed between the hydrogen of one molecule and either the N, F, or O, of another molecule. In this case, the hydrogen of one molecule can bond with the oxygen of another molecule.

I agree with the intermolecular forces you have listed. The pictures and explanations you included instead of just writing out the forces was very helpful and resourceful.
